1. Use a PDB ID of another protein of your choice.

2. Practice the commands learnt in this tutorial.

3. From the Gromacs manual,

    1. Read on the following file extensions.
        ◦ top, gro , mdp , tpr , itr

    2. Create a table to keep track of which file gets created in which step.
