Menu Item Type: Single Article
Associated Article: Benefits of Nutrients
Menu Location: Main Menu
Parent Item: Menu Item Root

2. Create 2 submenus under this menu item.

Menu Title: Category Blogs - Vitamins
Menu Item Type: Category Blog
Associated category: Vitamins
Menu Location: Main Menu
Parent Item: Category Blogs and Lists

Menu Title: Category Lists - Vitamins
Menu Item Type: Category List
Associated category: Vitamins
Menu Location: Main Menu
Parent Item: Category Blogs and Lists

3. Refresh the Homepage.
4. Click on the newly created menu items and understand the difference between the 2 menu types by looking at the layout of the page.
