"Need to improve quality of higher education: M Pallam Raju", article published in The Times of India on 13/10/2013

Union minister for Human Resource and Development (MHRD) M Pallam Raju said that there is an urgent need of improving the quality and quantity of higher education in the country, as none of the universities of the country feature in the top 200 universities of the world. He emphasized on the role of ICT initiatives in tackling this situation.
