In acid-base titration when we transfer 0.1M NaoH from burette to Erlenmeyer flask in last poring part ,we use precise mode or realistic mode.
While performing an experiment, is it necessary to do significant transfer? Can I use precise transfer for the same purpose?
Instead of keeping the volume 50 and not levelling it up to the mark, cant we use the pipette to make up the level to the mark just like we do in the lab?
The end point shown in the tutorial and as well in the vlab is not so clear and using spectrometer also I am unable to identify the colour change. Kindly help me in getting this colour change visible and as well explain how to use spectrometer.
is there any provision for using 20 ml pipette one time instead using 10 ml pipette twice. for transferring the solution
How to use disposable pipet?
I don't really know the times, these appear in a couple of places....In theory, the conjugate base of ethanoic acid is ethanoate and the conjugate acid of ammonia is the ammonium ion. The sodium and chloride ions are merely partner ions in this example.

Outline: Standardization of the acid-base solutions using titration method Retrieve required chemicals from stockroom. Retrieve the required glassware and arrange them on the workbench. Use the acid-base indicators to detect the end point. Withdraw and pour the solutions using the pipet. Transfer the solution using the transfer amount input bar. Calculate the molarity using the formula. Check the Absorbance in the Solution info panel. Measure the pH changes.
